Cooperative Network has selected Sara Schoenborn to serve as their director of communications. In this role, Schoenborn will manage the organization’s strategic communications planning and activities including branding, public and media relations and event marketing.
Schoenborn’s duties will include communications efforts for member, public, media and government relations, developing and maintaining engaging content for the organization’s online presence and leading the creation of print and media projects such as electronic and print newsletters, press releases, scripts and promotional materials. She will also plan and facilitate Cooperative Network’s annual Co-op Communicators Workshop.

It is an honor to be a part of that continued success.”
Schoenborn is a 2010 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she majored in dairy science and life sciences communication. She is currently earning a Master’s of Agribusiness degree from Kansas State University. Most recently, Schoenborn served as the executive director of the Wisconsin FFA Foundation, where her efforts helped secure record fundraising levels, enhanced brand recognition and furthered donor and supporter relations.
