Cooperative Network is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Membership Support & Education Coordinator for its Madison, WI office. Candidate is responsible for developing and implementing education and membership support programs for Cooperative Network members and affiliates.
Primary responsibilities include developing a vibrant curriculum and agenda for director and employee programs; improve and grow all cooperative youth education programs; plan and execute general Cooperative Network programs in Wisconsin and Minnesota; work with member committees to establish various conference programming; foster relationships with other State Cooperative Councils and organizations to create education partnerships; develop new and alternative methods of education program delivery, i.e. webinars, podcasts, etc.; and other duties as required.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, plus five years of adult education/professional development program experience, preferably in an association or corporate environment. Excellent presentation skills also required. Must be well-organized and present a professional image. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and knowledge of other program technology is a plus.
Candidate must be able to work outside of normal business hours. Travel within and outside of Wisconsin and Minnesota is required to attend meetings and/or interact with cooperative leaders, boards and committees, related entities and may include overnight stays.
