The Minnesota Cooperative Education foundation has been instrumental in the following:

  • Created curriculum and economics-focused lesson plans on cooperatives for K-12 teachers.
  • Working with farm business management instructors to build the next generation of farm leaders.
  • Worked with the legal community to identify opportunities in cooperative legal education and create new resources for law schools to teach about cooperatives.
  • Helped launch new cooperative courses at the University of Minnesota.
  • Created the first-of-its-kind Cooperative Committee of the Business Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
